Get prepared to join this yearas festival

 

  1. A You will need an account to get started.A Either sign in as an Existing Customer or become a New Customer here or at the My AccountA link on the top right of our home page.

  2. Take aA look at the movies weare showingA by clicking 21st Festival 2020 (on our top menu) and then Films/Tickets/Calendar.A You can even add films to your Wish List by clicking the heart next to them.

  3. Are you interested in viewing 6 or more films? Get the best price by buying a pass A – click 21st Festival 2020 (on our top menu) and then click Purchase Passes from any page.

 

Pick the films youare going to watch

 

  1. Go back to theA Films/Tickets/Calendar page or, in My Account under the ‘On demand’ link on the left side menu, or if you created a Wish List you will find those films in your My Account page as well.

  2. Click the movie you want to buy. Scroll down.A If you bought a 6 Pack pass, copy the code from the pass in My Account and enter the code when requested at checkout, If you CAN see your Pass listed on the checkout page, do NOT enter/validate your code, it will add an extra ticket and you will see an error message, you may also buy a single ticket on our Films/Tickets/Calendar page. Add the film to your cart.A If youare ready, go to checkout, or you can visit your Cart from the homepage when you are ready to checkout.

 

Time to view your movies!

 

  1. All Festival films are available to watch until the end ofA November 29th, but they all start on different days over the two week period of the Festival. No film will have less than one whole week of viewing time.

  2. A On yourA My Account page you will see a list of the films you have purchased. If you purchased a Macher Pass all films should already be showing in your account under the top left image of HK (scroll to view more if you don’t see them all – and be patient if they don’t show up right away).

  3. Next to your purchased films you will see a small box that says aStreama. Click on astreama and then the Play Button (in the next Pop-up window) to view your movie or go to the On Demand link in your My Account and select your purchase film there.

  4. Enjoy your films!
